Limited Capacity filling up

This class is designed for the busy person needing a new approach to yoga to find a balance in their busy world or the person new to yoga. In this class, we will combine gentle yoga poses while focusing on breathing and rejuvenating postures to stretch and strengthen the body, reduce stress and calm the mind. Everyone is welcome to practice. No yoga experience required.

Please bring your own yoga mat.
